TS2 Capital Advisors is an independent strategic advisor to private fund managers, family offices and placement agents, globally. Drawing on decades of experience in over 500 institutional investment transactions for global investors and managers, they bring a mature, multi-disciplinary, and “out of the box” mindset in advising fund managers, helping them navigate the complex issues in forming or expanding an alternative asset fund.
We’re working with TS2 in helping them build a basic brand and identity, as well as with specific collateral such as a detailed sell sheet. We’re also in the process of finalizing a website we designed for them.
We started with a series of exploratory sessions with Todd Shenkin, the founder of TS2, and discussed all the details and nuances of their services, their direct value proposition, their ideal clients, nature of the issues encountered by alternative asset funds, and their immediate, direct competitors.
We wrote several variations of a basic summary for a sell sheet (with four categories of case studies) that emphasized TS2’s distinction from other firms offering advisory services. Our branding exploratory process generated a range of graphics, typefaces, and color schemes for the TS2 logo. We also explored alternative company names, how these would fit into the industry and work for a site URL.
Once a logo and color scheme were finalized, we designed several variations of the sell sheet and finalized the text, keeping in mind the sophisticated audience the materials were intended for (and that audience’s general time constraints).
We also designed a vertically-oriented website with high impact imagery, covering the material in the sell sheet, together with additional detail and background on the services, the founder, and the past deals and situations advised on. We are in the process of developing the site and launching on the client’s chosen hosting.
